NSU Relays Event Schedule (Revised)

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk State University and William “Dick” Price Stadium will be the site for this Saturday's 2013 NSU Relays collegiate track and field meet.

Field events begin at 10 a.m. and running events commence at 10:30 a.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for youth ages 7-17. Children 6 and under will be admitted free of charge.

Saturday's meet will also include a senior recognition for seven members of the NSU men's track and field team, as well as three from the women's team. This will be the second collegiate meet held at Dick Price Stadium since two major stadium upgrades: the installation of NSU's new BSS 2000 track surface, which was installed in the summer of 2010, as well as the installation of two new Daktronics HD video display boards behind the east and west end zones.

Other teams expected to compete Saturday include the men's and women's teams from Hampton University, Virginia Union University, St. Augustine's University and Virginia Wesleyan College as well as other Virginia-based track clubs.
