Spartan Classic Softball Tournament Cancelled

NORFOLK, Va. — The 2010 Norfolk State University Spartan Classic softball tournament scheduled for Saturday and Sunday has been cancelled due to heavy rain storms expected in the Hampton Roads area.
However, a doubleheader between NSU and tournament participant St. Bonaventure will tentatively be played this weekend. Weather permitting, the doubleheader will start at 1 p.m. on Saturday. If it cannot be played at all on Saturday, it will be rescheduled for Sunday.
