2016-17: Indoor: Enjoyed a successful meet at the Liberty Kickoff, finishing third in the 400 meters (57.82) and sixth in the 200 (25.19) … Also took third in the 400 at the Penn State National, running an indoor season-best time of 56.35 … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor meet in the 400 … Ran relay legs on the distance medley team that won the gold medal and the 4x400 team which placed fourth … Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Earned a third-place finish at the Charlotte Invitational in a season-best 56.55 seconds … Came in eighth at the U.Va. Grand Prix (57.50) … Competed in the 400m at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Ran a leg on the Spartans’ fourth-place 4x400 relay team at the conference outdoor meet.
 
2015-16: Indoor: Won the 200 and 400 meters at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open … Clocked a 25.22 in the 200 and a 57.98 in the 400 … Runner-up in the 200m in 24.85 seconds at the Penn State Relays … Placed fifth in the 400m at the Penn State National in a season-best 56.41 seconds … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Championships in both events … Was 10th in the 400m. Outdoor: Ran a season-best 400m time of 55.68 seconds to place sixth in the 400 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Also qualified for the MEAC meet in the 200m … Also ran legs on the 4x400 and 4x100 relay teams at the conference outdoor meet … Ran on NSU’s seventh-place 4x100 relay team at the Penn Relays, which clocked a season-best time of 46.90 seconds … Placed fourth at the Morgan State Legacy Meet in the 200 (24.68) and ninth in the 400 (57.59).

At Essex: Ran track her freshman and sophomore years at Essex County College in Newark, N.J. (2012-13 and 2013-14) … NJCAA indoor and outdoor All-American in the 200 and 400 meters as a sophomore … Placed eighth in the 200m and third in the 400 at the national indoor meet … Also took third at the NJCAA Outdoor Nationals in a PR of 53.96 … Placed seventh at the outdoor nationals in the 200.
