Football Fan Guide (FAQ)

Spartan Pride
NSU Football should be an enjoyable experience for all fans. In order to promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. NSU reserves the right to remove from its premises those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials, other fans. No refunds will be given.

NSU Ticket Office Hours of Operation
The NSU Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

The NSU Ticket Center is located on the east side of campus across from Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall

Game Day Hours & Doors Open
For home games:
The gates to William “Dick” Price Stadium will open two (2) hours prior to kick-off.

The NSU Ticket Center will open on gamedays at 12 p.m. for the Sept. 18 game and 9 a.m. for the Oct. 16, Oct. 30 and Nov. 20 games for the 2021 season.

The stadium ticket booths will open three hours prior to kickoff for 2021.

The stadium will call and player guest booth (white booth on Northeast side of stadium) will open three hours prior to kickoff for 2021

Game Day Ticket Issues
Ticket issues should be directed to the NSU Ticket Center at (757) 823-9009.

Lost Ticket/Refunds
The NSU Ticket Center is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or mailed to a third party. No refunds or exchanges are permitted if the game is played.

Lost & Found
Items can be claimed at the Police Command Post on game day. After the game, items can be retrieved from the Campus Police Station. Please call 757-823-8102.

Disability Accommodations
Accessible parking is available for home games. A valid handicap decal must be visible before being permitted to enter into the designated lots. For more information on handicap parking, click here.

Smoking
No smoking is permitted in William “Dick” Price Stadium.

Restroom & Concessions
Restrooms and concessions are located throughout the concourse of the stadium.

Alcohol, Food & Beverage
Alcohol, food and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted in William “Dick” Price Stadium.

Disability Seating
For information on special seating for our guests that have disabilities, please call the NSU Ticket Center at (757) 823-9009 or visit the NSU Ticket Center.

Evacuation
In case of an emergency and the stadium needs to be evacuated, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event staff and officers will assist fans to the appropriate exits.

Exiting after Games
Guests will leave the stadium via the main gates. No access to the track or field will be allowed until the visiting team players and coaches have cleared to the locker room area. Also, no traffic will be allowed to access the stadium until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

First Aid
In the event that first aid care is needed, see the nearest police officer or event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest response to the situation.

Lost Children
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest response to the situation. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police officer or event staff member.

Prohibited Items
All permissible carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items will be discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.

   Unlawful Items:
   • Drugs
   • Explosives & Firearms
   • Knives

   Prohibited Items:
   • Coolers & containers
   • Pets (with the exception of service animals)
   • Lawn chairs and other portable seating devices
   • Artificial noisemakers
   • Food and non-alcoholic beverages
   • Backpacks and/or Bags
   • Alcohol

Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry into the stadium.
